First of all, you MUST be wearing your MyMDband for an EMT to obtain your medical data. Emergency staff are trained to look for a medical bracelet so once they see your MyMDband they will scan the engraved QR code. They will then turn the bracelet over (that is why the strap is flexible) where there is a security code (PIN) which they will type in on their smartphone. Only then your complete medical history is displayed as you previously entered after activation.

MyMDband is supplied with a one size fits all strap. Cut the strap to your required size and lock the clasp.

MyMDband comes with a lifetime warranty as long as the annual subscription is fully paid. This warranty is on all parts of the MyMDband.
